How to Delete Your CREA Account

At CREA, we respect your right to delete your account and control your data. You can delete your account at any time directly from within the app.
Follow the steps below to permanently delete your CREA account:
🧭 Steps to Delete Your Account
Open the CREA App.
Tap the ☰ (Burger Menu) in the top left corner.
Go to Settings.
Select Account Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Choose a reason for deleting your account from the provided options.
Enter your password to confirm.
Tap Delete.
Once you confirm, your account deletion request will be processed.
🗓️ What Happens After Deletion
Your profile, portfolio, and account data will be scheduled for deletion.
As per government and legal data retention norms, we will securely retain certain data (such as transaction records or verification logs) for a limited period before permanent deletion.
During this period, your account will remain inactive and inaccessible to others.
After the retention period, all personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers and backups.
⚙️ Important Notes
You will lose access to your projects, portfolio, and all CREA features after deletion.
If you have an active subscription, it will be automatically canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. You’ll need to create a new account if you wish to return.
